Gabrielle Spencer, a sophomore at San Jose State, won the women's 200-meter title in a wind-legal 23.19 seconds and took third in the 100-meter dash final in a wind-legal 11.58 seconds at the Mountain West Conference Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Spencer also contributed to the Spartans placing third in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:40.38.
